The XG rookie, 18, from Palmerston North, New Zealand, was actually slated to make an XG appearance in 2009 but had to drop a week before the contest because of right knee and left wrist injuries. Also invited to 2010 X-Games, he finished second in Freestyle Event.
But Levi exploded onto the freestyle scene in March 2009 when he won X-Fighters Mexico City. Not only was it his first major freestyle contest, but he was also the youngest rider ever to win an X-Fighters event.
