Lance Coury
Lance has been racing motocross since 1995. His father bought him his first bike, a pw 50, when he was 4 years old. He started racing within a couple weeks of getting his first bike. Ever since then he grew up racing all the local races in Southern California as well as World Minis, Ponca City, and many other nationals. He won the AMA California State Championship in 2000 in 9-11 age group 65cc. When he turned 15 he started checking out freestyle.
Lance was getting so bored of the little jumps at tracks and wanted to go bigger. He would go to the Local tracks and go out during practice and do heel clickers and no footed cans. Then he hooked up with Shane Trittler who got Lance into jump shows and a a training freestyle regiment. Lance has now started riding natural terrain and is a quick learner. He is oen of the new young blood riders Powerband Films has been shooting with for OTP4. Look for shots of him at the Wyvern Ranch in OTP4 and check out Coury in this new opus OTP6.
